Our current policy prohibits returns or refunds. Once an order is placed and checked out, refunds or cancellations, especially for preorder items, are not possible. No exceptions apply.

Once your order is processed and shipped, any loss or damage during shipment is beyond our control, and we are not accountable. Please contact your local post office for assistance.

Preorder Process; Preorder items are not on hand , so it will take longer to get them processed and shipped. We will have to order the specific item from our supplier and get them shipped out to us. Please note that our suppliers are out of the country. Once we have received the items we will began processing and shipping your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks (business days only). Once we've processed your order you will receive a email/SMS message with your tracking information. By purchasing a preorder item you’re agreeing to these terms. No refund will be available non whatsoever. A preorder item is paid for and already purchased from my supplier once you place your order!

Preorder Shipping From Me To You- Once I have received your preorder. You will automatically receive your tracking information. ALL Orders over $100 Automatically requires A signature to be signed by you in able for you to receive your package. We send you tracking information for a reason so you will know when to expect your delivery. If you fail to sign for your package , you will have to check your tracking number for further details of how to receive your package. If that isn’t available you will have to contact your local post office to see your options with receiving the package.( most times they will hold it there for a couple of days for you to physically come pick it up). 9/10 I also contact you to let you know that you need to see about your package before further action is taken which is then returning the package to me & can take a bit longer because returned packages aren’t high priority. If the package is returned to me , you will HAVE to pay a $15 fee to get it reshipped if it’s Priority or $10 if it’s standard. If not it will just stay at my local post office waiting to be reshipped. There will be no complete refunds or cancellation. It costs to create another shipping label + use different packaging.
